AFP CAREER PROFILE SURVEY AND COMPENSATION & BENEFITS SURVEY
AFP''s Career Profile Survey and new Compensation & Benefits Survey provide valuable data about the characteristics of individual fundraisers and paint a picture of the current state of the profession.
The Career Profile Survey, conducted every three years, summarizes fundraisers’ backgrounds, employers, professional activities, compensation, use of technology, and opinions on professional issues. The complete Profile Career Survey is available from the AFP Sales Department, 1101 King St., Suite 700, Alexandria, VA 22314. AFP member price: $40. Nonmember price: $50.
In late 2000, AFP conducted its first Compensation & Benefits Survey. Shorter than the Profile Career Survey, this study provides more detailed data on fundraisers'' salaries, benefits, and other compensation. AFP plans to conduct this survey annually. A results summary appeared in the March-April 2001 issue of Advancing Philanthropy.The complete survey is now available. The price is $75 for AFP members and $150 for nonmembers. read more
